1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "vd44", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the vd44 platform accessible at vd44.io and all associated subdomains and services.
• "Platform" means the vd44 website, mobile-optimised interface and all products available thereon, including sports betting, live casino, slots and crash games.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers an account with vd44 or accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account opened by a Player following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds and bonus funds held within a Player's Account, as separately designated.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by vd44 to a Player's Account, subject to separate wagering and withdrawal conditions.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification procedures vd44 is required to conduct on Player Accounts.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time" or "BST" refers to UTC+6, the time zone applicable to the territory of Bangladesh.
• "Taka" or "৳" or "BDT" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which real-money balances are denominated on the Platform.

The singular includes the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, completing the registration process or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with vd44's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account by contacting support at [email protected].

3 Eligibility and Age Verification

3.1 Minimum Age

Access to and use of the vd44 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. vd44 takes underage gambling seriously and employs age-verification measures as part of its standard KYC process.

3.2 Geographical Eligibility

The Platform is made available to players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering an Account. vd44 makes no representations as to the legality of its services in any jurisdiction outside Bangladesh.

3.3 Mental Capacity

You confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and are not subject to any court order, guardian appointment or legal restriction that would prevent you from doing so.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To use the Platform, you must create a vd44 Account by providing accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh and a valid contact number and email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

4.2 One Account Per Person

Each player may hold only one active Account with vd44. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are detected, vd44 reserves the right to close all but one Account (at its sole discretion as to which Account is retained) and to void all transactions associated with the duplicate Account(s).

4.3 Account on Behalf of Others

You may not register an Account on behalf of another individual, nor may you allow any other person to use your Account to place bets or access the Platform. Your Account is personal to you and non-transferable.

4.4 KYC Documentation

vd44 may at any time request documentary evidence to verify your identity, age, address or payment method. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to, a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driver's licence. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by vd44 may result in the restriction, suspension or closure of your Account and the withholding of any pending withdrawal requests pending verification.

5 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username, password and any one-time passcode (OTP) issued for two-factor authentication. You must not share these credentials with any third party.

vd44 shall not be liable for any losses, damages or claims arising from or in connection with unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials, your disclosure of credentials to a third party, or your use of the Platform on a shared or public device without properly logging out.

You must notify vd44 immediately at [email protected] if you know or suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation. vd44 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, suspend your Account pending resolution.

6 Deposits and Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

vd44 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and Sonali Bank. Available methods may change without notice; current options are displayed in your Account dashboard at the time of transaction.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit is ৳100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of withdrawal. vd44 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time without prior notice.

6.3 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your Account Balance as soon as vd44 receives confirmed notification of payment from the relevant payment provider. vd44 does not accept cash deposits. All funds must be deposited via a payment method registered in your own name; third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

6.4 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will be processed once your Account has been verified in accordance with clause 4.4 (KYC Documentation). Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for the original deposit, or to a method registered in your verified name. vd44 targets processing of bKash and Nagad withdrawal requests within 15–30 minutes of approval during normal operating hours; processing times for bank transfers may be longer and are subject to the receiving bank's settlement schedule.

6.5 Currency

All Account balances, deposits, withdrawals and wagers are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). vd44 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any conversion costs incurred by you through your payment provider are your sole responsibility.

6.6 Dormant Accounts

An Account is considered dormant if there has been no login or transaction activity for a continuous period of 12 months. vd44 reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee of up to ৳200 to dormant Accounts after the initial 12-month period. Players will be notified via their registered email address before any fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance will be closed after the dormancy period elapses.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time vd44 offers bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, cashback offers and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each individual promotion at the time the offer is made.

• Bonus funds must be kept separate from real-money funds and are subject to playthrough requirements before any related winnings become withdrawable.
• vd44 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or disqualify a Player from a promotion where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation or breach of these Terms.
• Players who open multiple Accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses will be disqualified from all promotions and their Accounts may be closed.
• Bonuses may only be used for games and betting markets specified in the individual promotion terms. Use of bonus funds on excluded games will not count toward wagering requirements.
• vd44 does not guarantee the availability of any particular bonus at any time and reserves the right to discontinue any promotion without notice.

8 Betting Rules and Game Conduct

8.1 Acceptance of Bets

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to vd44's betting rules as published for the relevant sport or game category. vd44 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet has been placed in error, at incorrect odds, or following a technical malfunction of the Platform.

8.2 Palpable Errors

Where a bet is accepted at odds or stake limits that are clearly incorrect due to human or system error (a "palpable error"), vd44 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the Player's Balance. The determination of whether an error is palpable rests with vd44 and is final.

8.3 Match Fixing and Integrity

vd44 takes sports integrity extremely seriously. Any Player found to have placed bets with prior knowledge of fixed or corrupt outcomes — including in relation to cricket fixtures such as BPL or T20 matches — will have their Account immediately suspended, all associated bets voided and relevant information reported to the appropriate sports governing bodies.

8.4 Casino Games

All casino games available on the Platform, including live dealer games and slot titles, are provided by certified third-party game studios including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming and Spribe. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot title is available in the game's information panel. vd44 does not alter or interfere with game outcomes.

8.5 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure — including a disconnection during a live casino game or a mid-spin interruption in a slot session — the round will be resolved based on the game server's last recorded state, which is deemed definitive. vd44 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of internet connectivity issues on the Player's side.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vd44 Platform. Engaging in any of them constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, voiding of all balances and bets, and potential legal action:

1. Registering an Account if you are under 21 years of age.
2. Registering more than one Account or registering under a false identity.
3. Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing or other criminal purpose.
4. Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, stolen or otherwise illegally obtained payment methods.
5. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider in relation to a deposit after using those funds to place bets.
6. Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in any non-human manner.
7. Exploiting Platform bugs, errors or loopholes to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any such advantage must be reported to vd44 and any associated winnings will be voided.
8. Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, including chip-dumping in poker or passing live dealer information.
9. Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another Player's Account or to any part of vd44's back-end systems or infrastructure.
10. Reproducing, distributing or commercialising any part of the Platform's content without prior written permission from vd44.

10 Responsible Gaming

vd44 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides a range of tools accessible from within every verified Account to help Players manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits. Once set, limits take effect immediately and may not be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out of the Platform.
• Cool-Down Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe they have a gambling problem may request permanent self-exclusion. Self-excluded Accounts will be closed and the player will be prevented from registering a new Account for a minimum of 12 months.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up notifications are available to remind Players of the time they have spent in a session and the net result of their play.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the vd44 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the property of vd44 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include any right to: resell or commercially exploit the Platform or its content; reproduce, duplicate, copy or distribute any part of the Platform; or use data mining, robots, scraping or similar data extraction tools.

The vd44 name, logo and all related brand identifiers are trademarks of vd44. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use these marks without prior written consent from vd44.

12 Privacy and Data Protection

vd44 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

vd44 employs SSL encryption across all connections to the Platform and applies industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. vd44 will never sell your personal data to unrelated third parties for marketing purposes.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vd44 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits or revenue;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Losses arising from Platform unavailability, technical malfunctions or interruptions to service;
• Losses arising from the actions or omissions of third-party game providers or payment processors;
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms.

vd44's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14 Suspension and Termination

14.1 By vd44

vd44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Account is being used for fraudulent, criminal or abusive purposes;
• The Player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Continued operation of the Account poses a financial, legal or reputational risk to vd44;
• The Player is or becomes ineligible to use the Platform for any reason.

Upon closure of an Account for breach of these Terms, any real-money Balance remaining (after deduction of any amounts owed to vd44) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, unless the funds themselves are suspected of being fraudulently obtained, in which case they may be withheld pending investigation.

14.2 By the Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting vd44 support at [email protected]. Any real-money Balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure (after deduction of applicable fees) will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus funds are forfeited upon Account closure unless they have already converted to withdrawable winnings in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.

15 Amendments to These Terms

vd44 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a Player — vd44 will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Non-material amendments (such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications or reorganisation of text that does not alter meaning) may be made without prior notice.

The current version of these Terms, with the effective date shown at the top of the document, is always the governing version. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.

16 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. vd44 is committed to resolving disputes fairly and efficiently.

In the first instance, disputes should be raised with vd44 support at [email protected]. vd44 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a full response within 10 business days of receiving all relevant information. vd44's decision on matters of bet settlement, Account activity and bonus qualification is final in the absence of manifest error.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other remedy.
